The Samaref Polar T-Series is engineered to help chefs, bakers, pastry professionals and food manufacturers maximise product quality, food safety and operational efficiency. Designed and manufactured in Italy, these high-performance blast chillers and shock freezers rapidly reduce product temperatures from +90°C to +3°C or down to -18°C, preserving texture, flavour, moisture and appearance while extending shelf life.

Featuring intuitive controls, automatic holding cycles and a tropicalised refrigeration system rated for ambient temperatures up to +43°C, the Polar range delivers reliable performance even in demanding commercial kitchens. Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion treated evaporators and easy-clean interiors, the Polar T-Series combines exceptional reliability with HACCP-compliant food production.
