The Samaref Delizia Series is purpose-built to protect the quality, freshness and appearance of delicate pastry, bakery and gelato products. Featuring a tropicalised refrigeration system designed to perform in ambient temperatures up to +43°C, the Delizia range ensures reliable operation in demanding production environments. Soft airflow technology, adjustable humidity settings and uniform temperature distribution prevent dehydration and odour transfer, preserving even the most delicate ingredients and finished products.

Constructed from premium AISI 304 stainless steel with intuitive touch controls, removable magnetic gaskets and a corrosion-resistant evaporator, the Delizia Series offers exceptional durability, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance for modern pastry kitchens and bakeries.
