The Iceteam 1927 CUBo Series redefines on-demand gelato production with an innovative continuous churning system designed specifically for restaurants, cafés, bars and small foodservice operators.

Compact enough to sit on a countertop yet powerful enough to deliver authentic artisan gelato, the CUBo range produces and maintains fresh gelato directly in the freezing cylinder for continuous service throughout the day.

Unlike traditional batch freezers, the CUBo allows operators to replenish fresh liquid mix as product is served. The machine automatically restores the original consistency in up to 60% less time than the initial freezing cycle, ensuring a constant supply of freshly churned gelato with minimal waste and labour.

Featuring 11 customisable recipes, night storage mode, remote monitoring capabilities and intuitive controls, the CUBo Series combines exceptional versatility with simple operation. The CUBo 2i model adds variable-speed inverter technology, enabling the production of specialty recipes including Sicilian granita and frozen coffee cream.
