The R14G rotor gas oven is the ideal product for large scale pastry and bread production: dual internal ventilation, pull-out trolley, electronic control, adjustment of steam quantity, ducting hood, panoramic window, are just a few of the characteristics of R14G. It has a capacity of fourteen 60x40cm trays, but for greater production R14G is also available in a version with an eighteen-60x40cm tray trolley.
