The BRX drop-in pozzetti system is designed for custom-built gelato counters, allowing integration into shopfitting benches, pastry counters, or bar layouts. It uses glycol or ventilated pozzetti technology, delivering stable -2°C to -18°C storage with excellent temperature consistency across all carapina positions.?

All BRX drop-in pozzetti systems share the same core technology platform:

Glycol cooling with copper coil immersion system for uniform temperature stability
Delta 0 thermal consistency ensures identical temperature in upper and lower carapina positions
High-density polyurethane insulation (70–75 mm) for energy savings
Space-saving compressor placement under storage or remotely installed
Flexible modular layouts (straight, curved, corner integration)
Designed for plastic or stainless steel carapina systems
Climate class 4 performance for hot environments (up to 30°C / 55% RH
