Despite its size, the Famag Grilletta Dough mixer is very powerful and effective and has low energy consumption and noise levels.
Perfect for several different types of dough, it deals especially well with soft doughs, for bread, pizza, cakes, flat bread (piada) and so on.
We now offer the new HH (high hydration) IM-5S mixer with a special sprocket that allows the mixer to run up to 300 RPM; this version is designed specifically for mixing dough that's above 75% hydration.
This model is perfect for home kitchen work or small restaurents. These models are much smaller in size than traditional dough mixers, allowing them to be placed on a benchtop, while still being just as strong and reliable as mixers much larger in size.
All Famag Grilletta models have chain driven motors, and a steel case, with stainless steel bowl and mixing arm. Cleaning is a breeze as once your dough comes together, there will be little sticking to your stainless-steel bowl. Simply unluck the head of the mixer and lift up, unlock the bowl, then wipe out with a soapy sponge and dry with a cloth.
The Famag Grilletta are made in Italy and directly imported from Famag by us.
This model has a variable speed motor with 10 speeds, adjustable by a stepless dial, and a removable bowl with a lifting head.
