The Gusto 100 offers internal cooking space of W65 x D100 x H 45 cm. Cook traditional pizza on its food grade stone, or use the oven racks, either way, your pizza turns out delicious.

You're not limited to just pizza, bread, roast meats - porchetta, whole cuts of meat, slow braising - cakes, the list is endless thanks to the unique features the Fontana wood fired range can offer.

This dual chamber design means this oven consumes five times less wood than a traditional brick oven, it heats up quick too, 30-40 minutes and stays hot for one and a half hours before having to top up the wood. The internal structure is made of stainless steel, with natural rock wool insulation that maintains temperature efficiently and avoids the external structure becoming too hot.

Fontana Ovens are created in Italy with high quality European materials. The Gusto is a completly freestanding model, it can be placed outside or inside - a cover for the oven is optionally available.

The Gusto remains Fontana's best-selling oven because it combines beautiful Italian design with versatility and functionality. It is portable and featured long pull-out handles and wheels at the rear to maneuver the oven.

The oven doors utilize locking handles. This not only locks in the heat, but is also practical for safety purposes. Its chimney, also made of stainless steel, releases the smoke while cooking, and utilizes a damper to give you more precise temperature control.
