If you need to be the NSW Food Authority registered Food Safety Supervisor this is the course you require.  The NSW Food Safety Supervisor course includes the NSW Food Authority FSS Certificate .

This course is designed for all people supervising food operations in businesses in NSW such as:

• Restaurants.
• Hotels.
• Cafes.
• Aged Care facilities.
• Motels.
• Bistros.
• Fast food outlets.
• Catering operations or retail food outlets.

How you will be assessed 

The NSW Food Safety Supervisor course is broken into 2 parts:

Part 1 - There is a set of online multiple choice questions at the end of each section to test your knowledge.

Part 2 - Workplace Assignment.

There are some things we can't see you doing through your computer - such as washing your hands. That's why we need you to ask somebody that you work with or someone who works in the food industry to complete a skills observation report.

Online training offers a way of learning that allows you the freedom to choose when and where you train and offers:

Flexible learning: You can stop and start your training at any time.

The total course time will vary depending on your basic computer skills and food safety knowledge.

Generally, most students will take around 4 hours to complete this online food safety training.

Your NSW Food Authority certificate will be mailed to you within 7 days.  Please ensure your postal details are correct.

CFT is required to provide personal information to the NSW Food Authority to issue the NSW Food Authority’s Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
