Commercial Undercounter Glasswasher Suppliers in Hobart

Commercial kitchen operators could be forgiven for thinking there are almost too many dishwashing machine options available. After all, there are under-counter dishwashers, pass-through dishwashers, conveyor and rack dishwashers, and each one of those comes in a mesmerising array of variations.

Now venue operators are confronted with another highly specialised dishwasher that doesn’t even wash dishes – the commercial under-counter glasswasher.

When you add all the cooktop, oven and refrigeration decisions commercial kitchens have to make, it can feel like appliance overload, especially in smaller establishments where space is at a premium.

Yet all these appliances have to be factored into the kitchen efficiency equation. And that means assessing the merits of a dedicated glasswasher.

Useful in restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs, under-counter glasswashers are designed exclusively for washing glasses. The racks are designed specifically to accommodate glasses. The washing temperatures are set lower than most dishwashers at glassware-friendly levels.

If restaurant tables adorned with spotless wine glasses or smudge-free drinkware lining the shelves of a busy bar rates highly on your image prerequisites, an under-counter glasswasher could well be a good investment.
