Features across the ranges

Produce fresh, consistently dosed whipped cream on demand from fresh, UHT or vegetable cream.

Rotary pump operation eliminates the need to buy, store or replace gas cartridges, avoiding manual cartridge changeovers.
Refrigerated cream storage reduces wastage and keeps cream ready for dispensing.
Removable, indirectly cooled containers keep liquid cream in condition and can be removed for washing and sanitising.
Pumps rinse through without daily disassembly.

Prima 2 and Prima 5

Entry-level commercial cream whippers for small- to medium-sized businesses, including cafés, pastry shops and ice cream parlours, without constant staff supervision.
Process both light and heavy creams into whipped cream, sweetened cream, mousse and more.
Keep liquid cream and finished whipped cream refrigerated throughout, right up to dispensing.
A rotary pump forces liquid cream and air through a labyrinth with different resistances depending on the cream’s fat percentage. An adjustable air valve controls air intake and final texture.
Instant manual dispensing: press the lever to dispense the quantity required.
Indirect cooling prevents separation of fat and water in the liquid cream.
Easy to clean and built for daily use.

Beta 2, Beta 5 and Continuo 5

Top Level Series for higher-demand settings, including busy cafés, gelaterias, hospitality venues and high-volume kitchens.
Beta 2 and Beta 5 add digital controls and adjustable refrigeration for finer batch control.
Refrigeration is adjustable at setup to suit the cream.
Production can be stopped mid-process; remaining liquid cream stays preserved in its container, ready to return to the fridge.
Beta 2 and Beta 5 offer manual dispensing or adjustable doses for portion control.
Continuo 5 adds continuous dispensing alongside manual and adjustable modes, with higher production capacity.
