Name: Chocolate Cooling Tunnel | TR300, TR400 and TR600
Price: 30000 AUD
Availability: InStock

Belt speed is adjustable

Finish the drying process for enrobed and coated chocolate products. After enrobing, cooled air sets the chocolate evenly before packing.
Available in different lengths, widths and heights to suit equipment set-ups and products.
Can maintain a steady temperature throughout or run different temperature zones along the tunnel.
Vertical cooling tunnels are also available as a more compact option for chocolate bars or moulded products.

Specification	TR300	TR400	TR600
Belt widths	300 mm	430 mm	630 mm
Product height accommodated as standard	up to 70 mm	up to 70 mm	up to 70 mm
Tunnel length starts at	4 m	6 m	8 m

TR300, TR400 and TR600 use the same cooling system.
A taller option is available for products exceeding the standard height.
Tunnel length can be extended in 2 m modules.
Every 6 metres along the tunnel, an independent thermo-regulated cooling unit is added, allowing longer tunnels to run different temperature zones rather than a single setting end to end.
Adjustable belt speed matches the enrobing line and allows dwell time to be tuned so products set properly without over- or under-cooling.
