ESP Working Principle

ESP’s are made up of ionising sections and collection plates, the ionising section is made of many thin Tungsten wires charged to 14,000 Volts. The contaminated air particles ( Grease, smoke and other contaminants ) will be charged positively.
Every collection part is made up of a series of equally spaced parallel plates. The grounded plates will attract the positively charged particles, Meanwhile the plate with high voltage (7,000 Volts) will repel the particles towards the grounded plates. Thus the cooking oils, smoke and other contaminants can be removed with high efficiency.
