In 1992 Marana Ferdinando revolutionised the restaurant world by inventing the world’s first rotary oven for a pizzeria. Rotoforno Classico
The Rotoforno acts as an independent helper, allowing the pizza-maker to focus on quality while the rotating oven cooks pizzas to perfection. With an audible alert when each cook is complete, it supports a continuous, linear workflow- streamlining tasks, reducing downtime, and enabling faster service during peak hours.
Available in sizes: 85 – 95 – 110 – 130 – 150
Rotoforno SU&GIU
The SU&GIU delivers fuel savings and consistently perfect cooking, even at low temperatures, with rapid heating in just seconds. Building on the Rotoforno Classico, it adds a lifting rotating plate that automatically adjusts toward the dome to maintain the ideal cooking temperature. During quieter periods, it holds the programmed temperature to minimise consumption, then quickly lifts the plate during busy service to bring pizzas closer to the dome for faster cooking.

Genius System
The Genius delivers perfect cooking in a single rotation, allowing the pizza-maker to simply remove the finished pizza and replace it with the next. Operating in a continuous, linear workflow, it independently manages time, temperature, and flame strength according to the pizza type. By optimising performance while minimising fuel use, the Genius consistently achieves excellent results and is increasingly trusted by franchised chains worldwide.
