•Thermostat: 370°C (max) •Athermic handles. •Reinforced double glass-ceramic doors. •Independent lighting in each chamber. •Double layered top and bottom refractory stones for incredible insulation and heat retention properties. •Burner designed for stable heat production with increased power towards the door compensating for heat loss. •Omni directional wheels with brakes (when stand purchased) •Entirely constructed from stainless steel. •Electromechanical control panel. •Stackable up to 2 units high •Optional exhaust hood complies and is certified to all Australian / NZ standards.
