The CBQ-120 is a Heavy Duty Commercial Charcoal Barbecue ideally suited to char grilling Meats, Fish & Vegetables in commercial kitchen environments.

Heavy Duty Cast Iron Construction.
Capable of up to 65 Kg per hour meat output.
Fitted with front grease collection tray and grooved grill to minimise flare ups and flames.
Adjustable Charcoal Hopper height (using control lever) to control the intensity of cooking and temperature.
Easy to empty removable Ash collection tray.
Fully insulated walls and backboard.
Supplied with 2 Special Grooved Steel Grill Plates, 1 Pair of Meat Tongs, 1 Charcoal Poker & 1 Charcoal Shovel.
Wide Range of Accessories Available including: Flat Grill, Pot Support Bracket, Skewers and Supports, Grill Handling Tool, Rotary Grill, and Charcoal Shovel.
Supplied with four lockable castors for safe and easy movement.
5-7 Kg Average Charcoal consumption per service.
Cooking Temperature Range from 180º C - 350º C.
