The use of a commercial undercounter dishwasher can save time and energy and your skin from getting rough and dry from hand washing.  A commercial undercounter dishwasher also saves a large amount of water as compared to hand washing. 

The working of a modern day commercial undercounter dishwasher is quite simple and the process starts by simply arranging dishes in the designated racks. Water is then heated to a certain temperature that can be controlled from the control panel according to your cleaning requirements. The soap dispenser then sprays soap or detergent onto the dishes. After that, dishes are rinsed by spraying water on them. 

At last, the dirty water is allowed to drain and utensils are dried using hot air from within the dishwasher. The length of the dishwashing cycle and other parameters can also be controlled by the user.
