One or two pairs of adjustable rollers, for a millimetric precision of the desired thickness, to obtain a square or rectangular dough.
The round shape is obtained by rotating the dough coming out from the rollers by 90° .
On versions with two pairs of rollers, the inlet system of the dough on the lower rollers is facilitated by another idler roller. Pre-set for pedal control.
Separate roll guards for easy and safe work.
Gearbox gears made with special, molded and non-toothed resins, for a duration five times longer than normal.
Digital keyboard. Body entirely in steel (including roller bearings). Internal reinforcements to avoid any bending of the shell.
