Commercial Juicer & Juice Extractor Suppliers
Designed to squeeze the juices out of all types of fruits, a commercial juicer is a must-have machine for every hotel, restaurant, bar, café, and dedicated fruit juice shop. These machines can delicately separate the fruit juice from its pulp in a manner that no pulp remains or passes into the juice container. They have a compact, robust and efficient design and with a very simple working mechanism Based on the working mechanism, there are three main types of commercial juicer machines:
Centrifugal Type
Uses a sharp cutting disc that rotates at a very high speed to shred fruit releasing the juice. The juice is then pulled by centrifugal force to the edge of the disc, which is surrounded by a mesh wrap that separates the juice from the pulp as it passes through.
Masticating Type - Slow & Cold Press
In contrast to the centrifugal type which operate at high speeds, masticating juicers operate at slowly. using an augur (a large screw) or a pair of gears, to grab ingredients while rotating and pulling them downwards, pressing and masticating them squeezing the juice out of the fruit.

- Safety interlock system: This feature ensures that the juicer cannot be operated unless all parts are properly assembled and the safety switch is engaged.
- Non-slip feet: Commercial juicers should have non-slip feet to prevent them from moving or sliding during operation.
- Overload protection: This feature automatically shuts off the juicer if it becomes overloaded, preventing damage to the machine and reducing the risk of injury.
- Safety guards: Some commercial juicers come with safety guards that prevent fingers or other objects from coming into contact with the blades.
- Easy-to-clean design: A juicer that is easy to clean can help prevent accidents and injuries caused by improper cleaning.
- The effect on your electricity bill will depend on how often you use the juicer and for how long. If you use it frequently and for extended periods, it can significantly increase your electricity bill. However, if you only use it occasionally, the impact on your bill will be minimal.
- To estimate the cost of using a commercial juicer, you can multiply its wattage by the number of hours you use it and then divide by 1000 to get the kilowatt-hour (kWh) consumption. You can then multiply the kWh by your electricity rate to determine the cost.
