Here at Brook Food we offer the excellent quality and value for money RAM range of Italian built mixers, with some very practical selling points.

Planetary mixers are a versatile machine suitable for doing a wide range of products. So, if you have a large product range but you’re only looking to invest in one mixer, then a planetary would be ideal.
Suitable for dough and pastry as well as many other fillings, batters, creams, icing etc, Planetary mixers provide mixing by means of a rotating tool and a fixed positioned bowl.

The RAM models are available from 40 to 160 Litres and are world renowned. We are able to offer competitive pricing and keep stock, allowing for fast implementation when a new mixer is needed.

All models are supplied with a stainless steel bowl and well as three interchangeable tools. Bowl lifting can be manual (by lever) or automatic (optional) thanks to a new, innovative and fast system. These mixers are flexible as can offer fast and consistent mixes without compromise.

All of them can offer the maximum versatility for every use. Suitable for professional and idustrial use and for large quantity production.

Single phase voltage is available on all models.

The unique selling point of all models in the RAM range is the ability for the operator to remove the bowl from the machine for further processing without removing the tool, this can speed up production massively.

Optional programmable controls provides further versatility and can streamline the mixing process.

Four verisons are available:

With 3 speeds
With inverter and speed adjustment by potentiometer
Digital speed adjustment by display PLC with possibility to save 99 different recipes
Colour touch screen 5" with possibility to save 99 differrent recipes
