The Infinity MT500-P chocolate melting tank is a temperature-controlled, fully jacketed, melting tank with a 500kg capacity and an onboard pump for easy discharge. Ideal for a wide variety of food products including everything from chocolate and other fat-based masses to wax.

• Sturdy, stable construction on strong castors and designed to be easily lifted by forklift.
• PLC-driven with full touchscreen controls
• Bottom-mounted motor for better hygiene
• Sliding lid enabling excellent access to inside of tank and easy removal of the stirrer for cleaning
• Gate-type agitator
• All stainless steel construction; contact parts 304 S/S and frame from 303 S/S
• 50mm heated butterfly discharge valve, located approx. 400mm above ground level
