Direct Hospitality was founded in 1983 by David Shemilt, grandfather to the company’s current shareholders. Steady growth has allowed Direct Hospitality to continually evolve and from the humble beginnings of a front bedroom, we now span 5 warehouses, 3 strategic locations and serve all states of Australia. Our success throughout the journey has been to understand that we are ever a family business serving and striving to help other family businesses. With outstanding customer service and a commitment to always go the extra mile, the pathway has been fun and enjoyable.
