NuovairIndustrial Refrigeration

We’re Nuovair, specialists in the field of high-quality blast chillers. Borne out of the experience of La Nuovagel, a leader in the field of ice cream technology for over 45 years, Nuovair brings together a team of leading professionals from the industrial refrigeration sector. We create our products in Italy, but we work across the globe to be the partner you are looking for: to improve the preservation and freshness of your food products, organize your workload more efficiently and increase your business profits – all at the same time. With us, it’s another kind of cool. We believe in the value of innovative ideas, with the aim of improving the work of those who choose our blast chillers. That is how we created technology like the Hi-Speed electronic valve for exceptional chilling; or indeed the advanced CO2 range, and the powerful yet precise electronic ventilators. The parts used in Nuovair's blast chillers are designed to make the difference. For example, by virtue of their special anti-corrosion coating, the Industry range evaporators come with a 5–year warranty. The very latest in electronic controller technology speeds up and simplifies your tasks, while the solid structure ensures complete isolation and maximum performance.
