An oven is an ancient kitchen item and has been used in different forms since the dawn of civilisation. An oven consists of an enclosed cavity or tunnel where food is exposed to a controlled heating environment. Different ovens can take heat from different heat sources such as wood, electricity and natural gas, etc.
