The unit is supplied with sliding Perspex lids for the blown well, digital temperature display and control, cutting board and 100mm deep 1/3GN pans.
Choose from 1, 2 or 3 door unit configurations, and addition of a sleek toughened frameless glass gantry, fixed with mid-shelf.
