As one of the first Western Australian owned chemical Companys to recognise our responsibility to the environment and to make changes accordingly, Able Westchem is the proud owner and manufacturer of Western Australia's oldest nationally distributed environmentally responsible retail brand – EnviroCare Earth (since 1994). Able Westchem has since adopted many principles from EnviroCare for use in our new EarthCare range which is aimed a fill growing commercial demand for such products. Changes incorporated in the EarthCare Range include but is not limited to; the phasing out of formaldehyde and other carcinogens, reduction or elimination of petroleum based products in favor of plant based and mineral based ingredients and the use of biodegradable surfactants that comply with Australian Standards for biodegradability AS/NZS 4351-1996.
