Sales are great, we are achieving more than we expected. The only product we have done so far through your fryer is chips. We sell them on their own and in a combo with quarter chickens. We are achieving a good margin (50%) and will pay for the cost of the machine in around 8 months. I should also mention the extra sales we get, such as salads and drinks are huge.
The unit fits neatly on the rear bench in the deli. We liked the fact that we didn't need to put in a range hood, had no issue with council requirements and it has an inbuilt fire extinguisher for added safety. It requires very little maintenance and junior staff members clean it weekly in approx 10 minutes.
I would not hesitate (and have already started) recommending the unit to other stores. It is a great profit centre that has boosted sales of other add-on products. We are very happy with our purchase.
