Portion control is simple and accurate, allowing the operator to more easily cost every serving. Manufactured in Spain, they are a breeze to operate, highly versatile and easy to clean. Forming plates are available in several standard configurations, as well as being customisable to almost any size or shape required, including round and oval burgers, meatballs, croquettes and nuggets. Speed and size controls are adjustable, and the unit has a food pedal which leaves the operator with both hands free to remove the formed meat from the forming plate.
