An 11-year-old girl's cupcake business, which was shut down late last month, could be open for business soon, thanks to some generous donations.

During the Rachael Ray Show, Spengler Plumbing, Heating and Cooling surprised Chloe Stirling with news the company would construct a commercial grade kitchen onto her house. Show host Rachael Ray and Cake Boss star Buddy Valastro surprised her as well with donations of state-of-the-art equipment for her kitchen.

The kitchen surprise shocked her dad also, who works as a plumber for Spengler.

Madison County Health Department shut down Chloe's business, "Hey Cupcake" for not operating in an approved kitchen and not having a food permit.
