Once the mixer is in the fully tilted position, both the agitator and the bowl can be rotated independently or simultaneously to easily discharge the dough. 

These spiral bakery mixers save time and energy by kneading faster without heating up the dough. These spiral mixers are ideal for a wide variety of dough types, from soft to firm dough. The mixing bowl, spiral agitator, and stripper bar are all solid Stainless Steel.

This bakery equipment has a heavy duty, two-speed main agitator drive motor. The agitator of these spiral mixers has the extra support bar design for stiff dough mixing. The mixing bowl is supported with two-roller wheels so as to eliminate bowl flexing while mixing.
