Tommaso Pardo

A gastronomy expert and award winning chef from the MTN Group Raccatoni di Cucina, Italy, Tommaso Pardo has vast experience in both the restaurant and pastry fields, perfecting his craft along side renowned Italian chef, Martino Scarpa. With his passion, experience and qualifications in the food sector, Tommaso joined Roboqbo as a food technologist and R&D developer, traveling around the world for the past 10 years, educating chefs about the power of Roboqbo and its Whole Food Processing Philosophy whilst constantly looking for inspiration at his prestigious restaurants.

The Qbo is a complete and versatile work tool that cooks, cools, concentrates, kneads, refines, cuts, mixes, homogenises, pulverises and pressurises all types of food products. Supported by over 30 year’s experience, the Qbo - Universal Processing System is a concrete answer to the needs of restaurants, gastronomy, catering, pastry, cheese, bio, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics from small laboratories/restaurants to medium/large food industry manufacturing.
