MODU Timer is a value added device to the existing sushi conveyor that ensures food delivered to the customer.

Fresh ingredients are the most essential element in guaranteeing food is made fresh. With this in mind, the chef formulates the sushi to be place on the plate.
Once the fresh sushi is prepared, the chef places the sushi plate on top of MODU Timer and sets the required shelf life of the food. Once done, the chef places it on the Kaiten Sushi Conveyor.
There are two (2) types of plate removal systems available.
1. Manual Plates Removal System
Once the food has reached it shelf lifespan set by the chef, MODU Timer would be triggered.
Red LED light is emitted from the device to indicate the plate has expired and not suitable for consuming.
The chef then manually removes the expired plate from the sushi conveyor.
2. Automatic Removal System
Once the food has reached it shelf lifespan set by the chef, MODU Timer would be triggered. Red LED light would be emitted from the device and it would alarm the rejecter to kick out the plate from the conveyor system.
