The thermistor sensor will provide great accuracy over a narrow temperature range (e.g., -40+70°C) while the Pt100 sensor can provide good accuracy over a much wider temperature range.
Both the E type and the P type dataloggers are available with display to show the current temperature (T-TEC 7) and without a display (T-TEC 6).
The Type E T-TEC temperature datalogger can have a sensor built into the casing, or it can measure from a sensor fixed to the casing, or it can be supplied with a connector so it can measure from a remote sensor.
