When did CFM first consider online advertising with HospitalityHub and why?

CFM took part in a free advertising demo provided by HospitalityHub. After receiving good results from the demo, we were then offered a very competitive online advertising package.

What have been your overall impressions of HospitalityHub as a promotional platform?

Hospitality equipment distribution is a very competitive market, so standing out can be a challenge.

The ability to use CFM'S HospitalityHub Storefront as an advertising platform as well as the exposure received through the e-newsletter – the NewsWire – has provided our potential customers with extensive information about our products and services.

We have such a diverse range of services that sometimes information can get lost, customers often don’t even realise that we can provide a full solution.

We currently have a Storefront displaying up to 72 pages, allowing us to promote a vast range of products and services. This has been great for reinforcing our brand and promoting CFM as a solution specialist, as opposed to a simple equipment provider.

What are the biggest advantages of a HospitalityHub Storefront in your experience so far?

HospitalityHub's high search engine ranking makes it easier for our customers to find us. In some cases, we can be found on the first page of Google search results. Not only is this great for lead generation, but it also reinforces the CFM brand.

Our website analytics show that we have a significant amount of leads that are driven from HospitalityHub to our website.

How would you describe the customer service at HospitalityHub?

The team at HospitalityHub have been very attentive, they are easily contactable, and make updates without delay. Our Storefront is continually being updated by the help of the team with quality content to create the strongest advertising platform possible. Our content manager has always been very helpful when we have needed to update our page, allowing me to manage my time more efficiently.
