Description
Alert Version
In the Alert Version, the duration of each plate is monitored. Once the plate exceeds it expiry time, the buzzer and an indication light will turn on to alert the chef. The system will sound two short beeps with red indication light.

Reject Version
In the Reject Version, the duration of each plates is monitored. Once the plate exceed its expiry time, the mechanical arm will reject the expired food from the conveyor to a Reject Conveyor. Therefore, there is no additional work for the Chef.
The Chef only need to remove the expired dish from the Reject Conveyor. From the Reject Conveyor, the chef would be able to know which dish is less popular by seeing what have been rejected.
