Genesio Bravo first established Bravo in 1967, originally producing pasteurisers and batch freezers only. With an immense passion and drive, Genesio invented the Trittico – the first and only machine to pasteurise and batch freeze high quality artisan gelato all in the one machine.

Today, the Trittico is a machine dedicated to not only the production of gelato, but also pastry and chocolate production due to the complex software & advanced technology to control many types of processes automatically. This unique creation will save you a tremendous amount of time, making this highly sought-after machine, ‘the one that does it all’.

But it doesn’t stop there. Bravo also produce ageing vats, individual batch freezers and pasteurisers, dispensing machines for gelato and the likes, whipped cream machines and the list goes on.
