Each Employee or contractor has the ability to enter their timecard information directly into MEX through MEX timesheets. Having this information in the same place as all your other asset information allows for seamless intergration and understanding of the true costs and timing of a maintenance job.
How it works:
Any hours added to a work order are added to the corresponding timesheet
Any hours added to a timesheet will be added to the corresponding work order
Anyone can add in their hours to a timesheet however you can elect for an administrator to approve these hours
Timesheet information form apart of work order history’s and can be reported and analysed in conjunction with or separate to work orders.
