• Our modular refrigerated cabinets are equipped with an "intelligent" ventilation system and an exclusive relative humidity control in the chamber, capable of maintaining unaltered the perfume, taste and softness of the product, preserving it from dehydration, oxidation or aesthetic alterations. Entirely built in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304, with Scotch-Brite satin finish, these models offer a loading capacity of up to 60 pastry and and bakery trays and 60 or 98 ice cream tubs.

• Rapidly chilling fresh or just cooked products allows you to keep their characteristics unchanged over time (5/6 days) optimising the offer and activities.
