Features of DD12000 Hi-Speed Forming and Portioning:
The new model is self standing with a three-section conical hopper holding up to 200ltr of product.
It also features an inbuilt chiller in the base of the machine to keep the product cold in the hopper while forming.
The machine uses two 180 version drums each dropping to their own conveyor belt in unison.
The product is forwarded out to a converging conveyor which brings the products into rows of 300mm width for follow-on processing.
Single, double and triple shaped drums can be used to achieve a throughput of up to 36,000 pieces per hour from a small footprint machine.
