Fine Food 2019 is almost here and so is our brand new concept, Chocolate in a Box!
We are very excited to announce that this year’s Fine Food exhibition will debut our new chocolate concept and we encourage you all to visit us to make the most of the experience. There will be celebrity chefs, live demonstrations, award winning chocolatiers, The Innovations in Patisserie Stage, a chocolate giveaway and daily taste testings from our machines live on the booth.
This year we will showcasing a fully functioning chocolate shop out of our booth HD31, showing you just how small of footprint you need to create excellence. We have award winning Belgium chocolatier and owner of Jitsk Chocolates in Antwerp Jitsk Heyninck, creating chocolate magic live on the booth, focusing on authentic techniques and unique flavour concepts.
All the way from Italy, gastronomy expert and award-winning chef from the MTN Group Raccatoni di Cucina, Tommaso Pardo will be demonstrating his vast experience in both the restaurant and patisserie fields with daily sessions utilising our most innovative piece of equipment, the Roboqbo.
Between all this, your favourite celebrity chefs and renowned bakers/pâtissiers will be dropping past with their creations.

We will have an extensive range of Chocolate World equipment on our booth and all your bakery favourites at the Innovations in Patisserie Stage for you to explore and play with. We also want to encourage anyone to get involved and ask questions to our very knowledgeable professional chefs/staff when you are on our booth, so we can help maximise your production needs.
