Redesigned in 2016 this new polisher from Thomas Doerr is the height of German engineering. With a capacity of up to 8,000 pieces of cutlery per hour, the Thomas Dörr TD 8000 Cutlery Polisher is a true state-of-the-art cutlery polishing machine designed for use in the busiest of restaurants and food outlets.

It features full computer control of all components and will also notify the operator of any changes to the drying granules, which will help prevent cutlery from coming out smeared or water marked, by drying the water quickly before they have time to leave mineral residue.

It has an electronic temperature control to help properly dry cutlery yet be as economical with energy as possible. It also features a functional tester for the UVC lamp used for irradiating both the cutlery and drying granules.

The TD 8000 Cutlery Polisher meets EU Hygienic Guideline 93/43/EWG certification, meaning it will polish to a higher standard than Australian regulations.
