These classes provide the opportunity for interaction with other students and with a qualified trainer. It allows you to ask questions and have an immediate answer. It also provides you with the opportunity to receive further explanations of anything in the learning or assessment materials.

Public access classes are available in many locations around Victoria.

How you will be assessed

Your trainer will explain the assessment requirements for your course.

In class - all assessments are conducted in class time.

The assessment for RSA Victoria classes consists of 20 multiple choice questions devised by Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.
