The machine is constituted by an hopper belt for the dough load (if required also with length increased). A clutch posts at the entry of the
divider regulates the dough influx in the lamination cylinders, also facilitating the use of it by the personal not specialized, improving besides the weights and shapes constancy. The dough comes gradually rolled thanks to the ROTATIVE system characterized by a series of lamination cylinders on purpose positioned and a manual lever set up, allows to regulate the thickness modifying the position of all the superior rolls to a maximum of three work cm. The cut happens in perpendicular and alternate way, You can choose if you want it furnished with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 ways, and the length of the piece is determined by the weight electronically planned and in independent way from the dough thickness giving us so the possibility to choose the most suitable shape to each require of workmanship with extreme simplicity. The machine is endowed with a flour duster opportunely positioned to allow the dusting whether on the rolls or directly on the knives before the cut, guaranteeing any maltreatment to the dough more delicate as cut by hand. The knives easily and quickly interchangeable, they are standard in stainless steel like all the whole inside part of the machine in contact with the dough (if required You can have it totally in stainless steel). The machine is endowed with two moulding SIMPLEX machines 4 cylinders with adjustable reject preventing device and belt-block device. If required it is possible go over the first moulding machine and directly unload the pieces on the underlying belt, You can directly work in this way all the forms shape only one position.
