Since 1995, Pacific West has become one of Australia’s foremost suppliers of premium frozen seafood and pastry products. The production facility at Butterworth of 80,000 sq ft is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art machinery and cold storage facility with a combined capacity of 5,000 metric tonnes. There are 3 main production lines processing 50 different types of products and more than 100 variants.
The extensive value-added and natural seafood range has proven very popular in clubs, pubs and up-market cafes. The constantly evolving selection includes a wide variety of products designed to reduce both labour and food cost, from a Classic Seafood Basket and Tempura Fish Fillets, through to Beer Battered Flathead Fillets and Salt n Pepper Squid.
